Maintenance and Servicing

Establish a complete product servicing and maintenance database.

Service Commitments

ZHZ is cable to provide lifecycle periodical maintenance and servicing services for customers, including product examination and repair, verification and repair, upgrade and modification, and overhaul of UAV and major components and accessories.

Branch Distribution

Relying on the Beijing R&D Base, ZHZ has established regional support bases in East China (Hefei and Wuhu), South China (Shenzhen), Southwest China (Chengdu), and Northwest China (Xi'an and Dunhuang), realizing all-territory coverage in China in order to provide convenient and efficient maintenance services.

Operation-Level Services

In case of demands of UAV maintenance and servicing, for operation-level maintenance and servicing contents, ZHZ will use remote guidance, dispatch of personnel to site, or equipment/component return maintenance to assist customers to recover a better UAV state as soon as possible so as to guarantee the serviceability.

Depot-Level Maintenance

For more complicated repair or UAV overhaul, ZHZ will provide the product return and depot-level maintenance services.Depot-level maintenance aims to complete deep-rooted repair of UAVs and to eliminate performance/function degradations due to long-term operation or environmental stress.
