Redundancy Design, High Reliability
The totally enclosed rotary electric actuator adopts the electrical dual-redundancy and mechanical single-redundancy configurations. For the electrical dual-redundancy configuration, the duplex winding brushless motor and dual-redundancy RVDT angular position sensor are equipped. For mechanical driving, the straight gearbox is adopted for deceleration, and one mechanical output shaft is equipped. The dual-redundancy brushless motor operates in main/standby mode, and is configured with the dual-redundancy sine-cosine resolver for control over the dual-redundancy brushless motor (FOC).
