·We do not reimburse the supplier for any expenses that are payable by the individual.

·We do not participate in banquets, tours, vacations, private clubs and high-consumption entertainment activities arranged by Party B in violation of regulations.




Supplier Commitment

•  We do not give gift, shopping cards, securities, or pay rebates, handling fees, brokerage fees, facilitation fees and other benefits to United Aircraft employees and their families in any forms.

•  We will not arrange banquets, travel, vacations, access to private clubs and high-spending entertainment activities for United Aircraft employees in violation of regulations, and will not give any souvenirs as presents.

•  We do not reimburse United Airlines employees and their families for expenses that should be borne by them personally, and will not provide transportation, housing and other benefits or other benefits in violation of regulations.
