The totally enclosed linear electric actuator adopts the electrical dual-redundancy and mechanical single-redundancy configurations. For the electrical dual-redundancy configuration, the duplex winding brushless motor and dual-redundancy LVDT linear position sensor are equipped. For mechanical driving, the straight gearbox and ball screw linear output are configured. The dual-redundancy brushless motor operates in main/standby mode, and is configured with the dual-redundancy sine-cosine resolver for control over the dual-redundancy brushless motor (FOC).
