270V Dual-Redundancy Actuator Servo System

This servo system can feed back data such as status information, actuator position, rotating speed, and current to the upper computer, and can be used for servo control over the flight control and actuating system and control surfaces of the medium- and large-scale UAVs.

270 V dual-redundancy actuator servo system consists of one dual-redundancy servo controller and two dual-redundancy electric actuators. The carrier's power supply provides the 28 VDC control power and 270 V actuating power. This servo system implements data communication with the upper computer through the RS422 bus and CAN bus, receives the position command sent from the upper computer and the feedback sent from the internal sensor of the actuator, and then controls the actuator position servo operation.
