March 26th, shareholders of the United Aircarft Group gathered in Wuhu, Anhui, to hold the 2024 Anual Shareholders' Symposium on the Low-Altitude Economy. The meeting was attended by Tian Gangyin, the Chairman of the Board, who presented a work report on behalf of the board. The management team engaged in a comprehensive discussions with the shareholders on topics like the current state of the low-altitude economy, future development plans, and key project construction. The shareholders also conducted a special study on the future development of Unite Aircraft.
In 2023, marking the onset of a new decade in the group's development, the company's board of directors has strategically outlined and deployed the group's "Ten Ones" development strategy objectives, encompassing business strategies, market strategies, and R&D strategies ect. This initiative is aimed at capitalizing on the prime period of growth within the low-altitude economy sector, steering the group towards seizing opportunities and enhancing its competitive edge in this burgeoning market.
During the meeting, all shareholders conducted an
on-site visit to the ongoing and completed projects in Wuhu, gaining an
in-depth understanding of the group's six major business systems and its full
range of products. They inspected the production lines for the large unmanned
helicopters and tiltrotor unmanned aerial vehicles in Wuhu, and observed flight
demonstrations of the TD550 and Q20 models.
Following the presentation, shareholders actively participated in the discussion. Chairman Tian Gangyin He expressed his gratitude towards the shareholders for their support, stating, "The development of United Aircraft to date has been inseparable from the support and assistance of our shareholders. Moving forward, in the new competition, we will maintain our composure and accelerate our strides towards the trillion-era of the low-altitude economy."
