April 3rd, the comprehensive commencement ceremony for the key projects of Heilongjiang in 2024 was held. Xu Qin, the Party Secretary of Heilongjiang and the Director of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Congress, attended the event, delivered a speech, and declared the commencement of the projects. Liang Huiling, the Deputy Party Secretary and Governor of the province, presided over the meeting. Including goverment leaders Lan Shaomin and other leaders were present to witnessed the event. The main venue of this event was set at the construction site of the large-scale unmanned helicopter base project in Heilongjiang, demonstrating the emphasis and affirmation placed on United Aircraft.

At the ceremony, provincial government leaders inspected the Harbin United Aircraft base, observed the exhibition area, and gained a detailed understanding of the project's operations and construction plans. They also listened to reports on the work related to the low-altitude economy, expressing affirmation of the company's achievements. They encouraged United Aircraft to develop low-altitude case studies and applications that integrate with Heilongjiang's context. The leaders who attended the ceremony jointly laid the foundation and turned the first sod for the Heilongjiang large-scale unmanned helicopter base project, offering their best wishes for its success.
